Slipped disc
When I was 17 I had a trampoline accident that left my back in rather a sorry state. Then at age 26 a bus reversed into my car, writing it off and doing my back further damage. Then when my son was about a year old I bent down to pick him out of his high chair and I slipped a disc in my back.
I went to the doctor but nobody would dare touch it, saying that it was far too serious. Eventually, I persuaded the Osteopath that something needed to be done. He put the disc back for me but told me I would be back within three weeks because it would go again.
At that time my husband and I used to work with a church youth group and I was asked to give a testimony of something God had done in my life. There were plenty of things I could have said but I didn't want to talk about something that had happened a long time ago. So I said to God that I wanted something up-to-date.
That Wednesday my disc slipped again and I said, "Alright God. What is the next bit of this?" On the Saturday night the youth came to our house and they could see that I was unable to move. They prayed for healing in my back and as they prayed I had this amazing feeling of warmth through my spine. I immediately knew that God had put it all back into order again and time proved that I was totally healed. To this day I have been totally free of any pain and have had no further problems with my back.
