Men's football
Every fortnight the guys in the church - plus friends - get together to play five-a-side football. This is on a Wednesday evening between 8pm and 9pm. We're currently playing indoors (we usually move outdoors during the summer months) in the excellent sports hall at Hugh Christie Technology College. Changing facilities are available. The cost is £3 per person.
Afterwards some of us head for a local pub for a pint and to over-exaggerate our footballing prowess! People of all fitness level, ability and age (the current range is from teenagers through to 50s) are welcome.
